Here at It’s Giving Soap, we are committed to highlighting and covering the Black characters, storylines, and love stories within the soap opera world. We are an organization, founded in 2026. We will report on breaking news and events about daytime dramas: Beyond The Gates, General Hospital, The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Days of Our Lives. We will write weekly recaps and opinion pieces about each show and hold interviews with the actors and actresses portraying these epic stories.

Diversity drives our publication’s purpose. We will solely cover the Black voices portrayed in the dynamic, ever-changing soap landscape and deliver timely and meaningful journalism.
