At City Hall, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) received his latest to-do list from his boss, Congresswoman Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen). They talked about her recent interaction with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and her future plans for the WSB.
Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) enjoyed breakfast at Bobbie’s and discussed the doctor’s pregnancy. Overwhelmed by everything left to do before the baby’s arrival, the mother-daughter duo considered starting the nursery but couldn’t stop thinking about Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) suffering.
In her hospital room, the SRE Worldwide COO received a cozy hoodie from Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). After an awkward joke about using the garment to hide her visibly wounded face, Jordan Ashford apologized for indulging in self-pity.
However, her friend encouraged her to remain honest, so she admitted how difficult it was seeing her appearance now and considering how it might affect her career.
When Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) met with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) at the Aurora office, the former private investigator quickly moved from business talk to the car accident investigation. Curtis Ashford revealed his suspicions that Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) was the other driver who failed to stop and render aid.
His business partner was skeptical about the “big leaps” supporting the theory and whether finding the “guilty” party would even bring closure, but the Aurora CEO felt it was worth pursuing.
At General Hospital, Dr. Gannon lamented to Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) about scraping his car in the parking garage, then headed off to treat patients.
Later, Curtis Ashford ran into Dr. Robinson at the hospital. Dr. Robinson explained her conversation with their daughter, and the media executive gave permission to begin decorating the nursery without him.
When their discussion turned to Jordan Ashford, The Savoy owner learned from his ex-wife that Dr. Gannon had been on the road the night of the car wreck, as he was tending to a patient who needed an emergency house call.
Curtis Ashford then popped in on Jordan Ashford as Turner completed her visit. Spurred on by continued lamentations regarding the lack of help they received on the night of the accident, Aurora Media’s CEO followed the acting district attorney out and asked her to look into Dr. Gannon as a suspect.
When she crossed paths with Dr. Jones, Dr. Robinson asked if he could potentially call in a favor from a friend of his, a renowned plastic surgeon with a lengthy waitlist, for the SRE Worldwide COO. He admired her generosity, and she explained her urge to make things easier for the Ashfords.
Later, Dr. Gannon called Congresswoman Cain to ask if he could speak with Taylor, using the opportunity to invite the congressional intern to the hospital for a favor. When Taylor arrived, the transplant surgeon asked him to visit with a young patient and fan of his, Derek. The young boy then charmed both of them with his enthusiasm and admiration of the “PCU legend.”
Afterward, Dr. Gannon and Taylor discussed how inspiring they found Derek, while hoping his liver transplant would be successful. Moved by the positive impact he could still have on people, Taylor was eager to make more visits with the young fan.
Trina Robinson surprised Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) with a visit to the Quartermaine mansion to drop off a misdelivered package. When asked about Jordan Ashford, the art history major accidentally made Quartermaine-Chase, the actual “other driver” in the accident, feel guilty upon learning the extent of the victim’s facial injuries.
Impulsively, the Deception executive offered to help Trina Robinson enter the music industry, but the Jerome Gallery assistant brushed the idea off.

Dr. Gannon finished his phone call about the status of his car repair. Head Nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) was curious about his trouble, but he assured her it was a simple mistake.
When Congresswoman Cain arrived, Gannon congratulated her on her new political position and expressed admiration for her ability to juggle the responsibilities of her new position with caring for her husband, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford visited Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) at her office, hoping to receive her help in finding the other car involved in the infamous wreck. He revealed his suspicion that Gannon was involved.
Collins reminded her friend that the crash had been deemed a single-car incident, and the former private investigator admitted his girlfriend’s distraction had caused it. Nevertheless, he still felt the other driver should have stopped.
Suggesting that the person could’ve been unaware that an accident occurred, the Port Charles mayor wondered if Curtis Ashford was shifting responsibility. As he pushed the idea that Dr. Gannon bore some moral and legal responsibility, Collins asked if he simply wanted his rival to be guilty.
Curtis Ashford insisted that he only wanted to do the right thing despite his dislike of the transplant surgeon and his reluctance to break the truce with his former wife. Collins warned him not to tell Dr. Robinson about Gannon’s supposed culpability, saying that it would rock the boat. She advised him to let the investigation proceed.
Dr. Gannon stopped by Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) house while she was in the midst of an argument with Cassius Faison, who is currently posing as detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). The investigative reporter revealed that she had quietly enlisted help for her son, Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr), hand injury.
During the questioning from “West,” Gannon reiterated his commitment to discretion and dropped off a final round of antibiotics for his secret patient.

Curtis Ashford visited his girlfriend at General Hospital and was reluctant to leave her. Nevertheless, the former police commissioner insisted that he should not cancel his plans with his daughter on her account, and so he left for The Savoy.
Brick (Stephen A. Smith) arrived shortly after with flowers and flirty comments for Jordan Ashford. When asked how she was doing, the SRE Worldwide COO acknowledged that she was struggling with her new, uncertain reality.
Brick reassured her that she’d get through it and then regaled her with (likely exaggerated) tales of his recent adventures. The part-time Corinthos associate offered a romantic getaway, but Jordan Ashford stated that she and Curtis Ashford were together and serious.
Dressed to the nines, Trina Robinson ran into her roommate, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), at their apartment and was surprised that she wasn’t ready for their night out. The secret WSB agent apologized for forgetting the event, telling her best friend that she needed to study.
Before heading out, Trina Robinson insisted that Jacks needed a social life and made her promise that she’d try to make it to The Savoy to see Broadway’s Michael James Scott perform.
Curtis Ashford met up with his daughter and Taylor at the club, grateful to spend time together but still worried for Jordan Ashford. Trina Robinson also spoke with Quartermaine-Chase, who reaffirmed her offer to help with music, along with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and friends Giovanni Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
The art historian’s boyfriend and friends were particularly eager to persuade her to accept Quartermaine-Chase’s offer.
Aurora Media’s CEO also chatted with the former music manager and her husband, Harrison Chase (Joshua Swickard). As the Bensonhurst native squirmed, Curtis Ashford asked Chase for help finding the other driver, convinced that their inaction had worsened Jordan Ashford’s condition.
Viewers can watch “General Hospital” Monday through Friday, airing on ABC at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. EST.
