At Brady Pub, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) decided to put his pen to paper and started writing in his journal about his feelings for Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez). Just when he began to daydream about her, she showed up at his table.

Theo Carver effectively dodged Hernandez’s questions about what he was writing, but he then abruptly left. Unbeknownst to him, Hernandez spotted the journal on his table and began to read it.

Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) was at Horton Square when Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) showed up with her son, Trey DiMera. Kiriakis let Dupree-DiMera know that his wife, Stephanie Johnson-Kiriakis (Abigail Klein), wanted a little bit of peace and quiet.

Later, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) surprised and approached her sister. The duo shared a big hug as they reunited after Price-Grant had been away for a while.

Price-Grant told Dupree-DiMera that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) would be staying in D.C. a bit longer, and she would be living with Julie Olson Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) until they found a place in Salem to move into.

Dupree-DiMera also asked her sister if she had alerted their mother, Paulina Price-Carver (Jackée Harry), about the return, and Price-Grant stated that she hadn’t had a chance to yet, but she’s excited to.

Theo Carver later arrived at Horton Square and was ecstatic to see Price-Grant and Dupree-DiMera. When the three started to catch up together, he realized that he had left his journal behind.

Hernandez left the Brady Pub to bring Theo Carver’s journal back to him. As she stood outside, the former DiMera CEO showed up.

Theo Carver directly asked her if she had read anything in it, and she denied having seen anything, which he didn’t know she actually had. When entering the Horton Square, Theo Carver ran into Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).

Greene let Theo Carver know that she needed help convincing Abe Carver (James Reynolds) to reach out and get things sorted with Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) will. Later, the former DiMera CEO visited his resurrected mother, Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford).

Theo Carver shared his concerns about his feelings for Hernandez, the news of Price-Grant returning home and how much he had missed his mother since his last visit.

When he thought about everything that was going on, Theo Carver started to worry about his mother coming back and whether it would affect her peace. After he had placed his hands on her arm, it began to move, leaving him shocked and hopeful.

Dupree-DiMera and Price-Grant shared a brief moment at Horton Square, talking about their families. As Dupree-DiMera left, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Price-Grant spent time together, discussing what’s been going on since Price-Grant had been gone.

Price-Grant surprised Kristen DiMera and told her that she and Grant were going to be moving back to Salem permanently.

Later, Dupree-DiMera had a tense exchange with her husband, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), after he made an appointment with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) to check her breast lumps without her knowledge. Ultimately, they proceed to the appointment, and Horton scheduled a mammogram for Dupree-DiMera.
